Customer Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source new customers for Group Loan products through field activities.
• Conduct customer visits and generate business leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely loan collections and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily targets.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass or higher.
• 0-3 Year of experience in Field Sales,Banking,NBFC,Microbanking,Collection or Recovery(Fresher can also apply).
• Good Communication and customer handling skills.
• 100 % Field Based Job Role.
• Two-wheeler Mandatory along with Driving License.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
