Customer Relationship Manager

Asirvad Microfinance is hiring a dynamic Customer Relationship Management Executive for our Thrissur office. The ideal candidate will assist clients with microfinance services, manage loan documentation, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries regarding loans, EMI repayments, and account status.
• Assist clients with loan application completion, KYC verification, and document submissions.
• Coordinate with field staff and branch operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with clients on payment due dates and resolve customer grievances.
• Maintain accurate customer data and records in CRM/company systems.
• Support daily branch operational reporting and ensure policy compliance.
