Salary: Up to 8 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Shift: Day Shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates interested in finance, investments, and customer relationships. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining investment options, and guiding them through their investment journey.

Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, financial services, or relationship management are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in finance may also apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and understand their financial needs.
• Explain mutual funds and investment options in simple language.
• Guide customers in understanding suitable investment choices.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the investment process.
• Answer customer questions and provide investment-related support.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Work towards sales and business goals, where applicable.
• Learn about financial products and investment options.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English.
• Interest in finance, investments, and financial markets.
• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts or willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from relevant streams can apply.
• 6 months or more of experience in sales, telesales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in finance may also be considered.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and interacting with customers.
