Role Description The Customer Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with dealers, retail partners, and end customers. This role involves acting as a primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with UltraTech products and services. The individual will monitor customer feedback, coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns, and support retention and loyalty initiatives. Daily tasks include visiting key accounts, tracking service performance, preparing reports on customer trends, and supporting sales and marketing activities aligned with UltraTech's brand standards. The role also requires promoting accurate information about UltraTech's policies and channels, helping customers avoid fraudulent approaches.
Qualifications

• Customer relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging effectively with dealers, retailers, and end customers.
• Basic sales, marketing, and customer service skills to support business growth and enhance customer experience.
• Analytical and reporting abilities, including attention to detail and comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of building materials or cement industry is an advantage, along with familiarity with local market dynamics in and around Nellore.
• Proven ability to work on-site, travel locally as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued.
