Customer Relationship Manager

• Handle end-to-end customer service for Import Customs Clearance / CHA shipments
• Scrutinize Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Insurance and other import documents
• Coordinate preparation and filing of Bill of Entry
• Follow up on Customs assessment, queries, examination and Out of Charge (OOC)
• Coordinate with Shipping Lines, CFS/Terminals, Transporters, Customs and internal operations teams
• Track shipments from pre-arrival through clearance and final delivery
• Provide customers with timely and proactive shipment updates
• Handle documentation discrepancies and clearance-related issues
• Monitor pending documents, DO, Customs clearance, container movement and delivery
• Maintain shipment-wise records, MIS and customer Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience

• 58 years of relevant experience in a Customs Broker (CHA), Freight Forwarding or Logistics company
• Strong experience in Import Customs Clearance and CHA documentation
• Experience independently handling multiple customers and high-volume import shipments
• Team-handling experience will be an advantage
