Job Summary

Looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, explain products and solutions, and conduct product demos and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
• Explain products, services, and features clearly.
• Conduct product demos and virtual presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding product discussions and demos.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams when required.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer handling, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
• Confident in conducting product demos and virtual presentations.
• Good knowledge of computers and online meeting platforms.
• Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
