Customer Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, requests, and concerns.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective solutions to customers.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and resolutions.

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their requirements and requests.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to improve customer experience.

- Handle post-sales customer relationship activities.

- Communicate regularly with customers regarding project updates, services, and other important information.

- Prepare and maintain customer databases and CRM reports.

- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements in processes and services.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth customer service.

- Ensure all customer commitments are properly tracked and fulfilled within timelines.

- Prepare periodic MIS and customer relationship reports for management.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer information.

- Support customer retention and develop long-term customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in the Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Project-based industry will be preferred.

- Strong experience in handling customers and resolving customer concerns.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good coordination skills with internal teams and external clients.

- Professional personality and customer-oriented approach.

- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
