Customer Relationship Manager Forex

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-booked customer leads for KYC, onboarding, activation and product delivery.
• Conduct product demos and explain Forex Cards and related services.
• Cross-sell products such as Travel Insurance, E-SIM and Forex Cash.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate for smooth service delivery.
• Work in a customer-facing field role and maintain strong product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Sales/service experience in financial products will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Comfortable with local/city travel.
