Customer Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all day-to-day requirements.
• Understand and record client requirements, queries, and concerns.
• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams to resolve client requirements.
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding order status, production, dispatch, and delivery.
• Follow up with clients for pending information, documents, approvals, and payments wherever required.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of client communication, orders, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Regularly check with clients regarding their satisfaction with products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with inactive clients to understand their requirements and maintain the relationship.
• Collect client feedback and share important feedback with management.
• Ensure all client requests are properly communicated to the concerned department and closed on time.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on client communication, pending issues, complaints, and resolutions.
• Ensure professional, polite, and prompt communication with all clients.

Main Objective:
To ensure excellent client service, timely communication, quick issue resolution, and long-term relationships with existing clients.
