Customer Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee sales operations, including inventory management, delivery management, and payment collection.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG, Edible Oil, Food Processing.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
