Roles & Responsibilities Customer Relationship Manager

• Handle customer delivery, KYC, onboarding and account activation at the customer’s doorstep.
• Provide product demonstrations for Niyo Global Forex Cards and explain their features and benefits.
• Explain and promote cross-sell products such as International Travel Insurance, E-SIM and Forex Cash.
• Resolve customer queries and provide on-site customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Generate referrals from existing/pre-serviced customers for Niyo products.
• Maintain proper lead status mapping and update customer information as per the process.
• Escalate customer issues to the concerned team and ensure timely resolution.
• Attend company training programs and stay updated about products, processes and services.
