Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and escalations effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring customer-facing teams.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience practices and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
