Customer Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely allocation and tracking of leads.
• Monitor lead follow-ups and conversions by the telecalling team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for customer handling.
• Track team performance and ensure adherence to CRM processes.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations in a timely manner.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or customer support.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities..
• Experience in automobile dealerships, automotive industries preferred.
