Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds sales, general insurance sales, investment products, etc.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and product penetration.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or related field (banking/NBFC industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of banking products including fixed deposits, mutual funds sales, general insurance sales, investment products etc. .
  
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex queries from diverse customer base.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
