Customer relationship Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate sales activities with customers to meet their needs and expectations.
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing efforts by providing data insights from MIS reports.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience customer relationship & marketing  industry.
• Strong skills in CRM software, customer care, marketing, MIS reporting, sales coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Target based work experience.
