Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management role based in Bengaluru. The position involves supporting client interactions, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups. The role includes coordinating with internal teams such as sales and project management to track client requirements and property-related activities. Daily tasks also include updating customer information, assisting in resolving queries, and contributing to a positive client experience. As a fresher role, the position offers training and guidance to build strong client servicing and relationship management capabilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client servicing skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should possess Sales and persuasion abilities, with interest in real estate consulting.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data and support informed client decisions.
• Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to coordinate property-related activities and timelines.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset, integrity, and willingness to learn and grow in the real estate domain.
