About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers with good communication skills to join our team in Powai, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, connecting with prospective customers, sharing relevant information, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, students, parents, and other leads.
• Explain the companys products, services, and offerings clearly.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
