Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description

Kerala Paints is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Customer Care Executives for our Kaloor, Kochi office.

The role involves attending customer calls, understanding their painting/product requirements, providing appropriate product guidance, following up on enquiries and helping convert genuine customer requirements into sales.

This is not a target-based sales job. However, candidates should be comfortable with customer follow-up, product recommendation and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend incoming customer calls and enquiries
• Understand customer requirements through proper conversation
• Provide suitable product and painting-related guidance
• Explain products and solutions clearly to customers
• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads
• Support conversion of enquiries into sales
• Coordinate with concerned sales/outlet/field teams when required
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records
• Ensure polite and professional customer communication
