Customer Relationship Executive

Follow call scripts and use knowledge services offered to collect necessarily details from customers and create inquiries and reservations in the CRM application, document any complaints from customers and provide solutions, ensure prompt follow ups.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills in English, Rotational shift includes night shift, Should be a Graduate in any stream, Minimum 2 years of call center experience handling voice calls with USA customers.
