Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer and dealer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and other internal teams for timely order processing.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Maintain customer and order records and provide regular follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in customer communication and coordination.
