Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep products based on comfort, health, and budget.
2. Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-store interactions.
3. Educate customers about product features, materials, warranty, and benefits.
4. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
5. Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
6. Handle complaints, returns, and service requests professionally.
7. Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
8. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
9. Support promotional campaigns and in-store / online sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.• Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
