Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Jaipur. The Customer Relationship Executive will handle day-to-day client interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance on immigration and visa processes. Responsibilities include managing customer records, following up on documentation and application status, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, clarifying procedures, and offering clear communication at every stage. The executive will also support business relationship management by building long-term client trust, contributing to service improvements, and promoting DMC Immigration's offerings in a professional manner.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or client management systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, customer-facing roles, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
