About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings and customer appointments.
• Follow up on bookings, payments, documentation and other customer requirements.
• Maintain updated customer records and CRM information.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Project teams to resolve customer queries.
• Keep customers informed about project progress, developments and important updates.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and post-booking process.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and prepare customer reports.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
• Basic computer, MS Office and CRM skills.
• Real estate experience will be an advantage.
