Customer Relationship Executive

Work Responsibilities :

• Update and manage customer details in the system
• Follow up with customers for collections
• Make and receive customer calls
• Talk politely with customers and solve basic queries
• Maintain daily records and Data managment.

Skills Required :

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Typing in English and Marathi
• Good customer communication skills
