Customer Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (HubSpot).
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Excellent English language proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
