Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive for our NBFC branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, business generation, follow-up activities, and supporting branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and explain financial products/services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customer acquisition and business development activities
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers
• Assist in loan processing, documentation, and verification
• Coordinate with branch team for smooth operations
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain customer records and update MIS reports
• Support collection follow-up and recovery activities when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Graduate / Plus Two with relevant experience
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling and sales skills preferred
• Target-oriented and willing to work in field/customer interaction activities
