Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves managing end-to-end client interactions, from initial inquiry to post-service follow-up, ensuring a positive experience throughout the immigration process. The Customer Relationship Executive will respond to client queries, provide accurate information on visa options and procedures, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client records, tracking application status, following up on documentation requirements, and resolving any service-related concerns. The role also requires proactive engagement to enhance customer satisfaction, support business relationship development, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
• Experience in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management, including building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or client management systems to track interactions and application progress.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, travel, education consultancy, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse client backgrounds.
