Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive with relevant real estate experience to manage customer interactions across enquiry, booking and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project enquiries and bookings.
• Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Legal and Accounts teams.
• Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.
• Handle payment follow-ups and customer account-related coordination.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
• Support post-sales activities including agreement execution, possession and handover.
• Prepare MIS reports related to leads, bookings and customer status.
• Ensure processes follow company policies and applicable RERA guidelines.
