Customer Relationship Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associates to be stationed at dealer locations. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, generating leads, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and supporting dealership operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience at the dealership.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation and customer engagement targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working from a dealer location.
