We are looking for a customer-focused and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Co-worker.

• Experience in customer service and/or a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and rapport with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Co-worker, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by being helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on finding effective solutions.
• Support a smooth shopping experience by ensuring your work area is organized, well-equipped, and efficient.
• Process customer payments and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with product assembly and exchanges, including addressing assembly-related concerns and replacing components when required.
• Support store commercial goals by understanding and contributing to the store's commercial action plan.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following all relevant store safety, security, and compliance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
