Prerequisites

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduation in managing client relationship including updates, payment reminders, meeting fixtures and escalation management.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations and CRM software.
• Fluent in English and any one regional language, preferably Marathi/Hindi.
• Office administration experience is desired.
• You should be a graduate in any discipline and in the age bracket of 26 to 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete client life cycle from studio visit to delivery.
• Schedule interior designers calendars, fixing site visits and client meetings.
• Manage customer queries and provide timely responses with solutions.
• Manage reception and office administration.
• Payment collection reminders and follow-up with clients for stage-based collections.
