• Passion for home furnishing and an understanding of customers everyday life at home.

• Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed.
• Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the store s commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Promoting IKEA values: Uphold and reflect IKEA s values in all customer interactions.
