About this role
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues related to die-cast components.
- Prepare and submit 8D, RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Process Engineering, and QA teams for complaint resolution.
- Analyze die-casting defects such as porosity, blow holes, cold shuts, flash, cracks, shrinkage, leakage, and dimensional defects.
- Monitor customer rejection, PPM, complaints, and corrective-action status.
- Ensure proper containment and segregation of suspect material at customer and internal locations.
- Conduct customer visits and support customer audits.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, control plans, PFMEA, and inspection standards.
- Support APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan activities.
- Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain customer quality records and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Drive reduction of repeat complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
