erve as the front-end contact for all customer enquiries related to engineering and quality topics. oordinate closely with customers in the North region to understand requirements, issues, and expectations. articipate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to support project execution and issue resolution. upport part handling analysis (PHA), including failure analysis and root cause identification. ork with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales) to ensure timely and effective solutions. rive customer satisfaction by ensuring quick response, transparency, and follow-up on open topics. upport new project discussions, product introductions, and change management from a customer interface perspective. nsure proper documentation and tracking of customer issues and actions.
