Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Handle policy issuance, data entry, and system updates accurately.
  
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
  
• Respond to customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and operational issues.
  
• Maintain and organize insurance records and reports.
  
• Assist in claim intimation and documentation when required.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending documents or information.
  
• Work with insurers and partners to resolve operational discrepancies.
