We are looking for a Customer Onboarding / Tooling Engineer with strong networking, Cloudflare, IAM, API troubleshooting, and customer-handling experience.

Mandatory Skills

• Networking: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, CIDR, NAT, BGP, TCP/IP
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, WAF, Bot Protection, API Security, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust/SASE, Tunnel, WAN, CNI
• Troubleshooting: DNS failures, SSL issues, 4xx/5xx errors, caching, authentication
• IAM: LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust
• APIs & Scripting: REST APIs, JSON, cURL, Python/Bash, API troubleshooting
• Customer onboarding, configuration, validation, runbooks & documentation
• Strong customer handling, ownership, escalation & collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Mandatory
