Customer Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key customers, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and proactive issue resolution.
• Analyze customer data to inform business decisions around pricing strategy, feature development, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in SaaS companies or similar industries.
• Proven track record of success in developing effective customer marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and its applications in B2B environments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
