Gathering requisite data/information through primary research (on call).
Ability to use keywords wisely when conducting internet research.
Maintain good email etiquette while communicating with clients and contacts.
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details.

Requirement:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Good listening skills.
