Job Summary

Position Title: Customer/Consumer Insights Research

This role will provide insights on consumer segments for better understanding of consumer behavior and consumption patterns w.r.t. category and help in arriving at better GTM strategies and approach as well as development of sharper communication. Location: Vadodara.

Responsibilities

• Insight Projects: Uncovering insights by organizing primary quantitative and qualitative research projects across end consumers, influencers and channel partners through external agencies to help curate meaningful solutions
• Benchmarking: Analysing data from syndicated external data sources like GFK, Market Pulse and internal research and sales data to give strategical directions
• Execution: Planning and execution and advisory projects by onboarding and monitoring performance of external agencies to ensure productivity, timeliness and quality of questionnaire, data and reports
• People: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through high quality project delivery, responsiveness, and agile and clear communication
• Strategy data analytics: Providing insights for business marketing campaigns. Analysing data to draw up segmentation go to market approach
• Presentation: Present the research findings and insights to the internal stakeholder and translate data into meaningful insights
• brand management: Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns on time.
• Measure and evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products align with the brand identity and all the marketing communication.
• Work with various departments, including sales, product development, business teams, to ensure brand consistency.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance brand visibility and successful execution of the campaigns.

Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing) from Tier-1/2 institute
