Customer Happiness Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests related to products/services offered by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (customer care/support).
• Proficiency in Malayalam language is required for this role.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer handling over phone calls.
• Ability to work on domestic voice processes (inbound/outbound) including solving queries.
