Customer Financing Coordinator - Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Coordination: Guide customers through loan formalities, documentation, and financing requirements.
• Loan Documentation: Collect, verify, and submit KYC and required loan documents.
• Bank/NBFC Liaison: Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for applications, queries, verification, and status updates.
• Application Tracking: Follow up on loan applications through verification, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
• Issue Resolution: Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with customers and banks for timely closure.
• Internal Coordination: Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth financing processes.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain loan trackers and provide regular updates on application status and pending cases.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Credential: Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, BBA, or a related field.
• Industry Exposure: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in banking, finance, NBFC, loan processing, or customer coordination.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of loans, KYC, financial documentation, MS Excel, and banking processes.
• Communication: Strong customer handling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for timely closure of cases.
