Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through email, chat, and non-voice processes.
• Handle customer inquiries related to software products and services.
• Resolve issues efficiently using problem-solving skills and knowledge of product features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO or IT industry (preferably).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech/BE/BBA/BCA/BA/MA).
• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written) with good command over IELTS/TOEFL/PTE scores.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
