Role & responsibilities

• Strong and in-depth understanding of Motor Underwriting guidelines, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in automating data submission and reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of digital automation solutions/tools and process optimization initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to drive automation and regulatory compliance objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the General Insurance (GI) industry.
• Experience working on underwriting transformation and digitization initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks and compliance requirements within the insurance sector.
• Exposure to AI-driven, RPA, or workflow automation platforms will be an added advantage.
