Customer Experience Executive

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth customer journey. The candidate will handle customer queries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination related to vehicle sales, bookings, servicing, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, messages, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer queries regarding vehicles, bookings, sales processes, service appointments, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments, test drives, service visits, and follow-up calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointment details, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and other internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Ensure professional communication and high standards of customer satisfaction.
