Customer Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers visiting the CARS24 hub in a warm and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate team or service.
• Coordinate with Car Advisors to ensure smooth customer handover.
• Assist customers with the check-in process and provide necessary guidance during their visit.
• Coordinate and support customers with test-drive scheduling and arrangements.
• Ensure customers have a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience at the hub.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information or coordinate with the relevant internal team for resolution.
• Maintain effective coordination with Car Advisors and other internal departments.
• Ensure the customer waiting and reception area is maintained in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Follow company processes and service standards while interacting with customers.
• Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a showroom/hub environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

• Candidates with prior experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, retail, automobile, showroom, or other customer-facing roles will be preferred.
