Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable NoBroker products and services.
• Drive inside sales by converting inbound customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant NoBroker services during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and sales updates in the CRM.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales and quality targets.

Experience

• Fresher to 1 year of experience.
• Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Voice Process is an added advantage.

Language Requirements (Any One of the Following)

1. English + Kannada
2. English + Tamil

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable handling both customer support and sales responsibilities.
