Customer Experience Associate

Role & responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel
   
2. Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
   Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
   
3. Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations
4. Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action
5. Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
   
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
   
7. Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Effective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
  
• Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
  
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
• Collaborative team player
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

  6-day work per week
  Rotational shifts and weekly offs
