Customer Experience Assisted Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls and chat.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and concerns through effective probing.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and policies accurately.
• Handle customer objections and provide relevant solutions.
• Follow up with leads at the right intervals to drive conversions.
• Maintain a strong focus on sales conversion and revenue generation.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Follow defined sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams wherever required to resolve customer queries and facilitate order closure.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions across both calls and chats.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates strictly from BPO/BPM industry or in customer support roles
• Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should be aware of 1-2 CRM / ERP tools
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to sales processes and products.
• Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Chat Sales, or Retail Sales will be an added advantage.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with strictly 1-2 years of experience. Experienced candidates from a customer handling role will be highly preferrable.
• Candidates from Customer Experience Background / BPO industry.
