• Process: International Voice Support – Travel Process
• Shift: Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Offs
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab within 20 KM
• Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Vaccination: 2 Doses Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails and chat.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and multitasking skills.
