Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering.
Experience
15 years of hands-on experience in MFP/Printer installation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting.
Experience with Ricoh, Canon, HP, Sharp, or Kyocera products will be preferred.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge and working experience with computer hardware, networking, and
peripheral devices.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printers and multifunction
devices.
Soft Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and
customers.
Role Summary
The role and responsibilities will be similar to a regular Service Engineer, involving
installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and customer service
